My stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is in a lovely park setting, which really made my experience special. The staff were polite and tried their best, but the overall service felt overwhelmed. I was disappointed that many amenities, such as the restaurant and the pool facilities, were not functioning properly. On the bright side, I appreciated the spaciousness of my room and the pleasant environment.
